Thank you for CONSIDERING Bounce N' Splash Rentals! I'm excited to help make your event unforgettable:) Below is everything you need to know about the delivery and pickup process.If you have any questions, feel free to reach out by email or

 Service Area

Bounce N' Splash Rentals proudly offers delivery within Daviess County, Kentucky (listed below). If you’re outside this area, please contact me—I may still be able to accommodate you for an additional fee.

Delivery & Pickup​

   Standard Delivery Hours:

​

Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on the day of the event. The setup area must be flat, clear of debris, and free from overhead obstructions like trees or powerlines.

Pickup will occur after your rental period ends, usually between  9:00AM – 11:AM the next day unless otherwise arranged.

   Overnight rentals:

​

Want to keep the fun going a little longer? Bounce N' Splash Rentals exclusively does overnight rentals that let's you enjoy the bounce house well into the evening and keep it overnight for early morning fun the next day!

 

Here’s how it works:

​

Extended Rental Time: Instead of picking up the bounce house(s) the same evening, clients get to keep the unit overnight and then the unit gets picked up the next morning (typically between 9AM and 11 AM) unless otherwise arranged.

​

Added Convenience: Great for late-night parties,birthday parties, sleepovers, or when you just don’t want to rush the fun.

​​​

Weather & Location Restrictions: Overnight rentals may not be available in all areas or during certain weather conditions. A safe, fenced-in yard or secure area is required for overnight rentals.

If clients do not have a fenced-in yard a pickup the night of the event can try to be arranged. Let me know in advance so I can still make your event special!

ESSENTIAL: Ive got you covered! All rentals come with the necessary extension cords to ensure safe and proper setup, no matter the distance to your power source. Just let me know your setup location and I’ll bring what you need!

Delivery,Set-up,& takedown fees

  • outside delivery range:Additional Fees Vary For Areas Outside of Daviess County

  • Total Fee For Delivery, Set-up and Takedown: $30

Customer Responsibilities​

​

  • Please ensure someone 18+ is present at delivery and pickup.

​

  • Access to a power outlet with a 20-amp GCFI is needed.

​

  • Ensure adult supervision is present at all times during use. 

​

  • Keep the unit clean and free of debris, food, pets, or sharp objects. No shoes,glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects can be used on the unit.

​

  • Ensure the unit is not used in winds over 15 mph or in rainy conditions. 

  • The unit need to be is stored in a safe space such as a garage,shed, or in an inclosed yard when not in use. units should be turned off when not in use, and should not be used after dark for safety reasons.

​

  • During pickup the unit must be deflated and any accessorieS ARE RETURNED at the agreed upon time and in good condition. 

Weather Policy

Safety is my top priority. In any case of inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain, lightning), I reserve the right to delay, cancel, or reschedule delivery. Clients will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of $30. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded. If there is a problem with any unit while I am still on site. I will do a thorough inspection of the unit prior to leaving the location to ensure it is in good working condition. I will NOT provide a refund once I leave the premise. If a malfunction occurs, clients should immediately contact me to discuss the best resolution.
