Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event unless due to unsafe weather. 6. Damage & Cleaning Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. A cleaning fee may apply if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty, with food, gum, or other substances. 7. Liability Bounce N' Splash are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or failure to follow rules. 8.
